A low-ranking officer in the Marshal of the Westfold, Eoleof was sent north by Erkenbrand to seek allies in Rohan's coming war. Upon arriving in the North, though, he has seen the threats posed by Angmar and Isengard. He has put off his mission to help the North, though he hopes to eventually return to his home with allies.
